Delivery Areas & Timeframes

At Jebotel, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable delivery of network tools and equipment across Kenya. Our strategic location in Mombasa allows us to offer the following delivery timelines:

  • Mombasa City & Suburbs: Same-day delivery for all orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on business days.
  • Rest of Kenya: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days.
  • Remote Areas: 2-3 business days depending on location.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Order value

The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment completion.

Order Processing

  1. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
  2. Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-3 hours during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  3. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Packaging

We understand the importance of proper packaging for electronic equipment. Our packaging process includes:

  • Sturdy corrugated boxes appropriate for the item size and weight
  • Anti-static bubble wrap for sensitive electronic components
  • Foam padding for additional protection
  • Sealed packaging with tamper-evident tape
  • Waterproof outer wrapping for additional protection during rainy seasons

All packages are clearly labeled with handling instructions when necessary.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you can track its progress:

  1. Through the “Track Order” section on our website using your order number
  2. Via the tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email
  3. By contacting our customer service team with your order number

Our real-time tracking system allows you to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners across Kenya to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.

Proof of Delivery

All deliveries require a signature confirmation upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If you’re not available to receive your delivery:

  • For Mombasa deliveries: Our driver will attempt to call you and may try again later the same day.
  • For nationwide deliveries: Our delivery partner will leave a note and attempt delivery again the next business day.
  • After two failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery or pickup.

Business Hours & Delivery Schedule

Our warehouse operations and deliveries operate during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed

Orders placed after cutoff times or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Special Delivery Circumstances

Bulk Orders

Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time. Our team will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements for such orders.

Pre-order Items

Items on pre-order will be shipped according to the estimated availability date provided at the time of purchase.

Partial Shipments

If some items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we may ship available items first and send the remaining items once they become available, at no additional shipping cost.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery such as:

  • Damaged packaging
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items
  • Excessive delays

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Kenya. For international customers or Kenyan customers requiring shipping outside the country, please contact our sales team to discuss special arrangements.
